● 수집하는 개인정보의 항목 가. 질병관리청은 임상연구관리시스템의 원활한 운영 및 관리를 위해 최초 사용자가입 당시 아래와 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.  - 필수항목 : 이름, 소속기관, E-Mail, 휴대전화번호  - 선택항목 : 소속기관부서, 연락처 나. 서비스 이용과정에서 아래와 같은 정보들이 자동으로 생성되어 수집될 수 있습니다.  - IP Address, 방문일시, 웹브라우저 종류, OS 종류 ● 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적 가. 임상연구관리시스템 서비스 이용 권한 승인 나. 임상연구 및 임상시험 데이터 관리 다. 업무 활용(시스템 관련 전체 공지, 설문 조사 등) 라. 마지막 접속 이후 1년 동안 미접속시 휴면 계정 전환 SMS 안내시 활용 ※ 위 목적 외 자료 제공(제3자 제공)은 법률 위반 행위로 제공하지 아니한다. ● 사용자 휴면상태 설정 가. 마지막 접속 이후 1년 동안 미접속시 휴면상태로 자동 전환 나. 기존 ID/PW정보로 로그인 시 휴면상태 자동 해제   단. 접속시 비밀번호와 e-Sign 재설정 단계 진행 ● 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간 가. 등록된 개인정보는 사용자 요구에 따라 폐기 요청시 지체 없이 파기합니다.  단, 다음의 정보에 대해서는 아래의 이유로 명시한 기간 동안 보유합니다.  - 사용자 상태 “휴면” 시 개인정보 보유   ① 보유항목 : 이름, 소속기관, E-Mail, 휴대전화번호, 소속기관부서, 연락처   ② 보유사유 : 사용자의 재가입 방지, 종료 후 서비스 재이용        보관된 개인정보는 휴면 해제 외에 다른 목적으로 사용되지 않음   ③ 보유기간 : 회원탈퇴 후 즉시 파기  - 사용자 상태 “종료 및 회원탈퇴 신청” 시 아래 보유항목 외 개인정보 즉시 파기   ① 보유항목 : 이름, 소속기관   ② 보유사유 : 임상연구 진행 특성상 변경이력(Audit trail) 추적 관리시 필수 항목 임   ③ 보유기간 : 과제종료일 3년 이후에는 해당 필수 항목 즉시 파기   ※ 적용 근거 : 생명윤리 및 안전에 관한 법률 시행규칙(시행 2025.12.3.) 제15조(인간대상연구의 기록 및 보관등) ②인간대상연구자는   제1항에 따른 기록을 연구가 종료된 시점부터 3년간 보관하여야 한다. ● 권리 원칙적으로 개인정보 보호법에 의해 개인정보 수집 동의를 거부할 권리가 있으며, 수집 동의 거부 시에는 임상연구관리시스템의 이용이 불가합니다.

● Items of Personal Information Collected a. For smooth operation and management of the Clinical Research Management System, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency collects the following personal information at the time of initial user registration.  - Required items: Name, Affiliated Organization, E-Mail, Mobile Phone Number  - Optional items: Department of Affiliated Organization, Contact Number b. During service use, the following information may be automatically generated and collected.  - IP Address, Date and Time of Visit, Web Browser Type, OS Type ● Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information a. Approval of service access rights for the Clinical Research Management System b. Management of clinical research and clinical trial data c. Business-related use (system-wide notifications, surveys, etc.) d. Use for SMS notifications when the account is converted to a dormant state due to 1 year of inactivity since the last login ※ Providing the collected data for any purpose other than those stated above (provision to a third party) constitutes a violation of the law and shall not be permitted. ● User Dormant Status Settings a. Automatic conversion to dormant status after 1 year of inactivity since the last login b. Automatic reactivation of dormant account upon login with the existing ID/PW   However, password and e-Sign must be reset during the login process ● Retention and Use Period of Personal Information a. Registered personal information is destroyed without delay upon the user's request for deletion.  However, the following information is retained for the periods specified below for the reasons stated.  - Retention of personal information while the user status is “Dormant”   ① Retained items: Name, Affiliated Organization, E-Mail, Mobile Phone Number, Department of Affiliated Organization, Contact Number   ② Reason for retention: Prevention of re-registration by users, reuse of services after termination        Retained personal information is not used for any purpose other than dormant-state reactivation   ③ Retention period: Destroyed immediately upon withdrawal of membership  - When the user status is “Terminated or Withdrawal Requested”, all personal information other than the items below is destroyed immediately   ① Retained items: Name, Affiliated Organization   ② Reason for retention: Essential items for tracking and managing the audit trail, given the nature of clinical research   ③ Retention period: The relevant essential items are destroyed immediately after 3 years from the project end date   ※ Legal basis: Enforcement Rule of the Bioethics and Safety Act (effective Dec. 3, 2025), Article 15 (Recording and Retention of Records on Human Subject Research) ② A human subject researcher shall retain the records under paragraph (1) for three years from the date the research ends. ● Rights In principle, under the Personal Information Protection Act, you have the right to refuse consent to the collection of personal information. However, refusal to provide consent will make it impossible to use the Clinical Research Management System.
